Our youth program focuses on areas of strength, mobility, agility and stretching. All of these areas benefit kids with focus, discipline and mood. Other important benefits of physical activities for your kids will help with reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression.

My name is Jason Balsamo and I’ve been a Coach/PT/fitness instructor for over 20 years now. I am the Director of Fitness at Synergy Health and Wellness.

We are now offering Monday, Wednesday and Friday early morning break from virtual schooling or after school activities and workouts for your kids ages 5 & up.

I am a father of 3 and understand that with our schools now going virtual, our children are going to need socializing and exercise more than ever.
