Each program varies in frequency of weekly personal training, health coaching, and dietetic services. Our programs are all inclusive of your mind, body and spirit. Once you select the right program for yourself, you will undergo a comprehensive health and fitness evaluation. This provides a progressive baseline for monitoring improvement during your time with us. Our assessments include: Health History Assessment, Abdominal Plank Test, Flexibility, Balance, Endurance Testing, Resting Blood Pressure, Resting Metabolic Rate, Full Body Measurements, Waist Circumference, Weight, Lean Muscle Mass Testing, Vo2 Testing, Weekly Weigh-In & Measurements, Before and After Photo, and Timed Fitness Challenges
VO2 & RMR TESTING
This measurement is generally considered the best indicator of cardiovascular fitness and aerobic endurance. These tests give our staff a baseline that will allow us to measure your improvement during your program. VO2 max, or maximal oxygen consumption, refers to the maximum amount of oxygen that an individual can utilize during intense or maximal exercise. The RMR test is a simple, non-invasive test that accurately measures how many calories you burn at rest. During the test, a machine captures and analyzes the composition of your breath, determining your oxygen consumption, to measure the rate at which you consume energy.

GROUP CLASSES
Our group fitness classes will assess individual needs while providing instruction and support. Our group fitness coaches are nationally certified, knowledgeable and passionate. Our staff will guide you muscle recovery techniques, education in injury prevention and promote success. We focus on consistency and progress. All classes are in a non-competitive, energetic and welcoming atmosphere.
